Our internationally accredited and certified quality management system ensures we assess all of your project requirements and risk, before and while taking on your project. No matter the manufacturer, no process is perfect.

Our cross functional team (CFT) carefully reviews all operations of your product to assess project risk during the manufacturing process and develop action plans to mitigate each risk. Below are some of the tools and audited process methods used to deliver quality conforming product and mitigate supply chain risk to our OEM partners.

  • Design for manufacturability

  • Pre-production Prototyping

  • Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

  • Process Flow Diagram (PFD/PFC) - Developing process flow chart of your operation that is interlinked with a Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)

  • Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) - Reviewing each stage of the process to determine the potential failures during the manufacturing process, how to mitigate them and continuous improvement action plan.

  • Control Plan - Interlinked with the PFD, PFMEA to ensure proper controls are in place to mitigate the potential failures outlined in the PFMEA.

  • First Article Inspection (FAI) of sample product

  • ISIR before full release into final approved production

  • ANSI/AQL Sampling Plans

  • Statistical Process Control and Analysis

Upon review and final sign-off by the customer, the projects quality plan is incorporated into the product manufacturing specifications.

Inspection/Test Equipment

Quality is not only the responsibility of the quality department and the  production floor, it encompasses the entire organization throughout every department. We review each project requirement using a series of tailored checklists to ensure your product is inspected to meet each of your requirements.

Our inspection equipment and inspection processes used to verify your product are all traceable to a national standard (National Institute of Standards and Technology). Our inspection and testing extends far beyond just inspection equipment and the few points listed below.

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine CMM, Sheffield Discovery II

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine CMM, FARO Platinum Arm

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine CMM, FARO Edge 3D Laser Scanner

  • Fully certified micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, dial bore gages, and more

  • Surface Reader (profilometer)

  • Coating Thickness Gage

  • Hydro-static testing

  • Hardness testing

  • Chemical, Mechanical and Charpy Testing
