Our cross functional team (CFT) carefully reviews all operations of your product to assess project risk during the manufacturing process and develop action plans to mitigate each risk. Below are some of the tools and audited process methods used to deliver quality conforming product and mitigate supply chain risk to our OEM partners.

  • Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

  • Process Flow Diagram (PFD/PFC) - Developing process flow chart of your operation that is interlinked with a Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)

  • Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) - Reviewing each stage of the process to determine the potential failures during the manufacturing process, how to mitigate them and continuous improvement action plan.

  • Control Plan - Interlinked with the PFD, PFMEA to ensure proper controls are in place to mitigate the potential failures outlined in the PFMEA.

  • First Article Inspection (FAI) of sample product

  • ISIR before full release into final approved production

Material Procurement and a Diverse Material Expertise

Procuring and processing some of the finest materials required for the job. From standard plate, bar, channel, rounds - to castings - to specialty materials that are difficult to source - to materials that must be DFARS compliant.
